A once-in-a-lifetime wrestling camp for young athletes
CAMP CURTY
We train young wrestlers to excel
with strength, character, and heart.
Camp Curty is nestled on 70 acres of peaceful woods and open grasslands, overlooking beautiful Swan Lake. The Curtis LeMair Foundation has transformed a century-old barn into a world-class training facility, complete with a 2-mile obstacle course, fishing, archery, and hunting opportunities.
Led by Olympians, top wrestling coaches, and professional athletes, our camp offers a powerful blend of elite athletic coaching, outdoor adventures, and community service projects.
We are dedicated to helping young athletes grow into not only exceptional wrestlers but also strong, resilient leaders.

Outreach
Community service
Curtis was a kind, caring, and generous man. He was sensitive to the needs of others and would do anything for anyone. To honor his charitable spirit, we dedicate time each day to give back through community service. Engaging in outreach provides a lasting, positive impact on our campers and community. It promotes personal growth, self-esteem, and a sense of civic responsibility. The Hoven, South Dakota community is extremely grateful for our camp service each year.
2-MILE OBSTACLE COURSE
2-MILE OBSTACLE COURSE
Our unique, 2-mile course is designed to encourage attendees to realize their own strengths and the value of hard work.

So much more than wrestling
Camp Curty's mission is to provide personal growth, improved athletic skills, and appreciation for the outdoors.
Participating in sports inspires self-confidence, motivation, and passion. It also requires more difficult life skills like acceptance of criticism, humility, and resiliency.
The natural, remote setting of Camp Curty allows an escape from everyday distractions and renewed focus. Campers quickly build camaraderie and push each other to be their best. Dedicated instructors share their techniques and get to know attendees personally. They offer individualized improvements and motivation for each athlete.
Besides the personal benefits, outstanding athletic performance is a gateway to sponsorship opportunities, pivotal career options, and beyond.
Dedicated to improving skills, character, and appreciation
